We seek to provide a good quality service for a reasonable cost.

One of the main concerns which a client faces when instructing a solicitor to represent them is the issue of cost. We will endeavour at all times to be clear about the basis on which costs will be charged to you and the frequency of billing to you.

We provide our clients with a Retainer Agreement, which sets out the basis upon which we are prepared to act for you and the way in which we charge costs for work done on your behalf. Our professional fees under the Retainer Agreement are calculated on a time basis. The Retainer Agreement sets out the hourly rates of the respective practitioners in the firm.

The costs for any particular matter will be dependent on a number of factors, chiefly on the amount of time that is needed to be spent on the matter and the complexities of the matter. There may be disbursements such as filing fees that will need to be paid in addition to our professional fees.

Please call our office directly to discuss the hourly rates of our practitioners, or fill in the enquiry form located in this webpage.
